He came to America as a seven year old child. The family lived in Kansas, then he and his brother Peter Jacob Seline were in Minnesota for a time. John moved back to Kansas in time to be counted in the 1900 census. Sometime in the early 1900's, John went to Washington State and was engaged in the logging trade. He lived in Portland, Oregon for a time and finally moved back to Washington State. | |
