RICHARD NYVALL FUNERAL HELD
Services for Boy Victim of Fall at Longville, Minn.
Funeral services were held at Longville, Minn., for Richard Alan Nyvall, who was killed Thursday in a fall from a load of sand at Pine River, Minn.
Richard, who was the 9 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Nyvall, 21 Ninth street northwest, Mason City, was in Minnesota visiting his grandparents.
Born in Mason City April 27, 1933, Richard attended the Washington school in Mason City and the last month of this school year at Longville, Minn. He was a member of the Presbyterian Sunday school.
The funeral services were in charge of the Rev. Glen W. Erickson, Backus, Minn., assisted by the Rev. Edward Erickson, Longville.
Pallbearers were schoolmates from Longville, Duane Muhle, Robert Muhle, Merlyn Kinkle, and Bob White. Burial took place at the Riverside cemetery at Longville.
Besides his parents, Richard is survived by a sister, Jo Ann Nyvall, 4 years old; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George O. Farrar, Pine River, and Mrs. Florence Nyvall, Longville, Minn.; aunts and uncles, Mr. and Mrs. O. J. Farrar, Minneapolis; Mr. and Mrs. Les Carpenter, Oroville, Wash.; Mr. and Mrs. Merritt Jordan, Whipholt, Minn.; Russell Nyvall, Fort Lewis, Wash.; Donald Nyvall, Fort Knox, Ky.; Robert Nyvall, Longville, and Donna Mae Nyvall, Longville, and these cousins, Peg, Pat, Paula Farrar, Marilyn Jordan and Junior Carpenter.
